Our Charter
Vici envisioned having a new club on the Island in the fall of 2002.
She had an initial sign-up list of 10 people. Being an awesome delegator, Vici enlisted Lois to take on the task
of organizing the club and volunteering to be the Club President & Club Mentor.
Sponsors of our Club, Christine Hall, District 32 Governor and Suezy Proctor,
District 32 Lt Gov Marketing, gave us a demo meeting in March of 2003. We were immediately up and running. Just
3 months later we had fulfilled our requirement of 20 members to charter in June 2003, as Toastmasters
Club #2238 U Speak Easy.
